About Kai Yang

Kai Yang is a research assistant professor at Lingnan University of Hong Kong. He employs qualitative and computational methods to study contentious politics and political trust, with a particular focus on veteran-state relations. His research articles have appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Comparative Politics, The China Quarterly, The China Journal, and Journal of Contemporary China. He is on Twitter: @EagoYang.
